G. Address Changes

Once the goods are in transit, we are unable to change the shipping address. If you need to change the delivery address for your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order via info@franing.com or call + 1 ‪713 396 0950.

H. Cancellations

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy.

I. Damaged Packages During Transit

If you find that your package has been damaged during transit, please, if possible, refuse the delivery from the courier and contact our customer service. If the package is delivered when you are not available, please contact customer service for further instructions.
