General Return Reasons:

  • Product Quality Issues or Shipping Damage:
    We provide free return and exchange services.
  • Customer Preference:
    If customers do not like our lights, they need to pay for return shipping costs and a 30% handling fee (this fee covers product repackaging and restocking).

30-Day Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Eligibility:
    Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Initiating a Return:
    To request a return, please contact info@franing.com. Our support team will provide the full return address based on your location.
  • Return Process:
    If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions.
    Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs:

  • Non-Refundable:
    If we have fulfilled the delivery obligation, shipping costs are non-refundable. If the package has not been shipped, a refund can be issued.

Customer Responsibility for Returns:

  • Product does not meet expectations.
  • Size is too small or too large.
  • Color does not meet expectations.
  • Changed mind or no longer need the product.
  • Incorrect item or quantity ordered.

Order Confirmation & Shipping Confirmation:

  • Order confirmation will be sent immediately after placing an order.
  • Shipping confirmation will be sent within 2–15 days after order confirmation.

Partial/Full Refund & Replacement Eligibility:

  • Items that are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to our error.
  • Items different from the description.
  • Items returned to sender without delivery.
  • Items not delivered within 90 days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Products exceeding the 30-day return period.
  • Customized products.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
