A typical light fixture will ship with a light shade, a gooseneck or arm, a socket and a mounting plate. Reach out if you have any questions about what’s in your order!

Each of our lights is manufactured by our team in China, and most of our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in the United States.

Delivery times may vary at different times of the year depending on demand and availability. For all products that are in stock at our warehouse, we will deliver within 5 business days. If it is not in stock, it will take us 1-3 weeks to ship, and it usually takes 40-60 calendar days to deliver (including product production time)

We know that your project is very time-sensitive, so we always offer express or expedited options to ensure your order arrives faster. If you need an expedited option,

please just send it to info@Franing.com.

It depends. We usually ship multiple lights in the same box if they are going to the same location. Each box will be labeled (next to the shipping label) with how many lights are inside. If you need exact shipping information or have any questions, please contact us.

The electrical parts of our products are UL certified

For areas with higher winds, we recommend using duct tape or Loctite on the gooseneck threads to prevent the unit from turning.

All of our lights accept any medium base (E26) LED or incandescent bulb. For LED bulbs, the metrics you should evaluate are (1) lumen output and (2) color temperature. The higher the lumen output, the higher the illumination. The higher the color temperature, the brighter the white light, while the lower the color temperature, the more amber or orange the light will be. Our lights are all dimmable as long as you use a dimmable bulb. (Please note: For bulbs that require a base, we do not include the bulb. For LED products, we include the LED light source.)

Yes, we do! If you are a designer, contractor, wholesaler or veteran, we offer discounts on our exclusive pricing.

Product Warranty: We provide a 1-year warranty on our products (excluding bulbs). If you have any issues or concerns about the product within 1 year, please contact us at info@Franing.com. Attach pictures and videos of the problem you are experiencing. We will respond to emails within 24 hours and provide solutions to your issues. Please refer to the warranty policy for details.

We offer free shipping on all orders placed on our website.

Yes, we do offer returns and exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or need to change the size, you can contact our customer service team within a certain period of time after receiving the product and provide the reason for the return or exchange. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, including tags, labels and packaging intact. For detailed procedures and policies for returns and exchanges, please refer to our Return Policy page.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. We have a 30 day return policy.

For our defective products, returns are eligible for full free shipping.

For products you regret purchasing, you must bear a certain amount of return shipping costs. You will bear the actual cost of return shipping.
