You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you are looking for a light that can handle all kinds of weather, this is the one. It is thick, sturdy, and clearly designed for outdoor use. It feels like a light that would be in a commercial barn or workshop, not just a decorative piece. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for quality.

This is larger than I expected but I like it! Very well made and heavy duty. Sticks out about 2 feet from the wall. I am building a barn for my dream wood shop and plan to use this on the main door. Very happy with the order.

I am very pleased with this light. Every piece is well-made, uniformly painted. Everything is metal. Wires ready to install. The small piece in the last pic I uploaded (Amazon changes order sometimes) goes between the arm drop and the shade - nice touch for stability.
The shade is 15" diameter at the bottom, 5-1/8" deep. Arm is 6-1/8" drop (so total drop is 11-1/4". Arm extends 13" from wall to start of drop.
All the hardware to install is included, including white gloves.

I was really impressed with the sturdiness and well-made construction of this barn light. The metal construction feels very durable, unlike those outdoor lights that bend or rust after just a few seasons. I live in an area with unpredictable weather—windy and rainy—but this light has withstood the storms and temperature swings and is still intact. The black paint has not faded or peeled, and there is absolutely no rust. It looks just as good as when I installed it two months ago. Definitely worth long-term outdoor use.

I really like this barn lamp. The metal lampshade has a great texture and is very solidly made. You can tell it’s not cheap. Installing it at the entrance of the yard instantly improves the appearance of the whole house, as if it has moved to a country farm! I especially like its elegant gooseneck lamp arm, which is classic and timeless.

The lights came well packaged in a box filled with styrofoam and plastic packaging so there were no breaks, dings or scratches. Assembly of both lamps only took a few minutes so it was a breeze and the instructions that came in the box were pretty clear and easy to follow. Although I hired a professional electrician to install both lights, the installation process went smooth and we didn't end up needing any additional hardware other than what came provided with this set of wall scones. They definitely upgraded the look of our old farmhouse and for the price they can make a difference in yours without breaking the bank. These lights also bring our old outdoor wall scones to shame as they are much brighter and make things a lot easier to spot around our farm at night. They look great and I highly recommend giving these a try!
