Lighting Fixtures

Franing lighting fixtures come with a 2-year warranty, ensuring no defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty applies to the original owner of the lighting fixtures and is non-transferable.

LED Bulbs

The LED bulbs from Franing Lights are provided as a gift and are not subject to any additional charges, therefore they are not covered under warranty.

Covered Items

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including:

• Wiring errors
• Switch failures
• Loose or damaged parts
• Corrosion
• Paint or finish defects

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents, including:

• Improper installation
• Power surges or electrical spikes
• Exposure to extreme temperatures or weather conditions
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Shipping Policy

A. Shipping Fees

All orders are eligible for free shipping.

B. Shipping, Handling, and Order Cutoff Time

Generally, shipping takes between 3 to 15 days (Monday to Friday).

Order processing time is 1 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).

Refund Policy

A. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it;
• The item must be unused and unworn;
• The item must have its original tags and packaging;
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

B. Return Process

If your return request is accepted, we will provide a return label and instructions on how and where to send the product back. The inspection process will take approximately 1-7 business days.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund. Returns sent to us without prior request will not be accepted.
